To make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you, we have created these instructions.
Here's how to return an item:
To ensure a fast and smooth return process, please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Alternatively, you can also include a note with the order number and your name.

Returns from Germany: Please send the pre-paid goods back to our return address: ReeFlexx GmbH The cheapest return method is as a "Großbrief" (large letter) (under 500 g, thickness under 2 cm) or as a "Maxibrief" (maxi letter) (under 1,000 g, thickness under 5 cm). For more expensive items, we recommend returning them as a registered letter or parcel. Returns from Switzerland or another non-EU country: Returns from non-EU countries require a customs declaration. If you wish to return something, please contact us first at info@reeflexx.de so we can coordinate the exact process with you. Please note that shipments with incorrect or missing customs declarations will end up at the customs office. We only receive information from customs that a shipment is there, but not from whom. Since we usually cannot assign the shipment, we also have no way of picking it up from there. These shipments will then be returned by customs to the sender after the storage period of 1 to 2 weeks has expired. |
How to exchange an order:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design instead of a return, please note this on the enclosed note or invoice copy. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item. If the exchange item is currently out of stock, we will refund the amount.
If the exchange item and the original item have different prices,
we recommend returning the item as a return and then reordering the new item.
Please note:
Please do not send us goods freight collect or, for non-EU countries, with missing or incomplete customs declarations, as we will not accept or even receive these shipments.
We strive to process returns/exchanges as quickly as possible and to refund the amount or ship the exchanged goods. During periods of high workload, we ask for your patience for up to one week.
